Pedestrian access proposed for Hoan Bridge

At the Long-Range Lakefront Planning Committee meeting the City Development Commissioner proposed the idea to have pedestrian and bicycle access to Hoan Bridge.

In order to prove his point the commissioner brought up other landmark bridges that have pedestrian access, such as the Brooklyn Bridge, and how it is used as a tourist destination. The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has denied this proposal for decades.

Bicycle and pedestrian access to bridges that is separated from motor vehicles can be a safer route. If you or a loved one has been injured in a pedestrian accident, contact the pedestrian accident lawyers Wisconsin of Habush Habush & Rottier, S.C.,  by calling 800-242-2874 today.
