Speeding initiatives set in place in Wisconsin

Wisconsin officers from approximately 120 enforcement agencies throughout the state have plans to put in place several speeding initiatives in order to keep drivers safe on the roadways this summer.

The Summer Heat mobilization will run from Monday, July 2 to Wednesday, July 18.  Law enforcement agencies participating in this initiative will focus their efforts on reprimanding speeding drivers on the roadways that make driving a dangerous situation for others.

Speeding is the most common traffic violation in the state of Wisconsin. A citation for speeding comes with a hefty price tag, ranging anywhere from $175 to $893. Last year in the state, there were 180,000 citations issued in regards to speeding.

If a speeding driver left you with injuries, please contact the speeding lawyers of Habush Habush & Rottier, S.C. by calling 800-242-2874 today.
