Fatal Rock County Crash Victim Identified

The victims of a fatal car crash that claimed the life of one driver in Wisconsin last Wednesday were identified by the Rock County Sheriff’s Office.

The Sheriff’s Office said the man who died was identified as 23-year-old Matthew Kraft from South Wayne, while the injured person in Kraft’s car was identified as Joshua Swenson, 24, from Evansville and the driver of the other car was identified as Gregory Schultz, 51, from Monroe. According to reports, Kraft was not wearing a seatbelt when his vehicle over turned after it was struck by another car on East of Wisconsin.

Investigations showed that speed is likely to be a factor in the crash.

Unfortunately, car accidents unexpectedly claim the lives of many people every year. Our attorneys at Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. send their thoughts to the family, friends, and loved ones of Kraft.
