On April 17, four people were rescued after their boat capsized at 8:30 a.m.
Three men and a woman were using bows and arrows to fish for carp when their boat overturned. One person was able to swim to the shore and get the attention of a bystander. The bystander then took a rowboat out in the water to help, but ended up in the water as well.
Emergency crews then came and pulled the four people out of the water. They were all treated for hypothermia at the scene because the water temperature was in the low 40s.
