A man from Northeast Wisc. was killed in a tragic train accident after his tractor was hit by a freight train.
According to authorities, the 40-year-old man was driving the tractor when he did not see the train coming. The accident occurred in the town of Howard as the man was pulling hay on his tractor.
Officials have said that the railroad crossing does not a gate or flashing lights, but their is a yield and crossing sign. The train stopped immediately, but was unable to stop in time.
