A 57-year-old Wisconsin man was killed in a boating accident after falling out of his boat while fishing on the Chippewa River.
Police officials say that the man was trying to start up the motor of his small boat when fell off the back of it. According to officials the man was not wearing a life jacket.
The boat circled around the man several times, but the passenger in the boat was able to shut it off eventually. The man was later found by rescue crews no farther than 20 yards where he had fallen from the boat.
