A two- car accident caused one man to be transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
According to deputies, the accident occurred as one man was driving his vehicle southbound on Highway H and he lost control of it on the slushy roads. This then caused the vehicle to cross the center line and strike a vehicle that was heading northbound.
One passenger was stuck in the car and had to be extricated by emergency crews. This man was taken to the hospital along with two others who were treated and released. A spokesperson from the UW Hospital has not commented on the man’s current condition.
