A former Senator in Wisconsin was injured in a motorcycle accident while traveling on I-10 in Florida.
According to the reports, the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame inductee, was traveling down the roadway when an SUV tried to switch lanes, but lost control of the vehicle causing the motorcycle to crash into it.
The man was injured after the collision and was transported to the hospital by helicopter. He was then treated for a pelvic fracture and had to have his leg amputated.
