On Monday in San Fernando Valley, singer Bobby Brown was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
Brown was initially pulled over in regards to talking on his cellphone while driving, but then officers had reason to believe that he had consumed alcohol before getting behind the wheel. A field sobriety test was conducted and Brown allegedly failed.
He was arrested around 12:20 p.m. in the afternoon, and taken to jail. This is Brown’s second, if not third, arrest dealing with drinking and driving. In 1996, he was convicted of a DUI and was sentenced to eight days in jail. Brown is currently out on bail awaiting his court date.
